Czech Republic - Litomysl Castle

Litomysl castle is in essence a Renaissance arcade-castle of the type first developed in Italy and later adopted and greatly developed in central Europe in the 16th century. Its design and decoration are of high quality, including the later High Baroque features added in the 18th century. It preserves intact the range of ancillary buildings associated with an aristocratic residence of this type.

République Tchèque - Château de Litomysl

Le chateau de Litomysl est a l'origine un chateau a arcades Renaissance, style qui a vu le jour en Italie et fut largement developpe en Europe centrale au XVIeme siecle. Sa conception et sa decoration sont de haute qualite, y compris les rajouts "baroque - classique tardif" du XVIIIeme siecle. Le chateau a conserve la totalite des batiments annexes associes a ce type de demeure aristocratique.

Litomysl fue en su origen un castillo con arcadas renacentistas, estilo que nacio en Italia y que fue adoptado y ampliamente desarrollado en Europa central en el siglo XVI. Su concepcion y decoracion tienen una alta calidad, incluidos los anadidos de estilo barroco-clasico tardio del siglo XVIII. Das Schloss von Litomysl war ursprunglich ein Renaissance Schloss mit Arkaden, ein Stil, der in Italien geboren ist und im 16ten Jahrhundert in Mitteleuropa sehr entwickelt wurde. Seine Fassung und seine Dekoration sind hoher Qualitat, einbegriffen die "Spatbarock - Klassik" Veranderungen vom 18ten Jahrhundert. Das Schloss hat alle seine Nebengebaude behalten, die mit dieser Type aristokratischer Wohnung verbunden sind.
